Physiotherapist
John treats all regions of the body, with a focus on running and running injuries. He uses a one on one hands on approach focusing on muscle imbalance correction and restoration of proper joint mechanics. He has taken many courses involving manual therapy, muscle energy techniques, Mulligan concepts, movement impairment syndromes and Orthotic prescription.
Originally from Newfoundland, John graduated from Acadia University in ’97 with a Bachelor of Physical Education – Exercise Studies. He then went to Dalhousie University in Halifax where he completed a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) in ’00. He moved to London Ontario in ’00, and has been practicing in private practice ever since.
John opened his own clinic in May 2010. In March of 2018, John decided to expand and rebrand his clinic to become 360 Health Group Inc. April 3rd, 2018, he opened in Byron at a new stand alone clinic. He is excited for the new venture!
Andrea Giroux BKin MScPT

Andrea is a vibrant physiotherapist with a focus on woman’s pelvic health and chronic pain management. She utilizes a combination of myofascial release, soft tissue release, exercise and education to restore physical function. She has taken a variety of courses regarding pelvic health (incontinence and pain), manual therapy, concussion rehabilitation and stroke management.
Andrea was originally born in Timmins Ontario where she played a multitude of sports. She graduated from Brock University in ‘12 with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and a minor in Philosophy. She then graduated from her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in ‘14 from McMaster University.
Following graduation, Andrea took a dynamic position in a hospital in the rural northern town of Kirkland Lake. She relocated to London in early ’16 and has enjoyed having more opportunities for professional development and sports. Her main passion is playing competitive soccer but she is also plays volleyball, flag football and does crossfit.

Shannon is a graduate from Fanshawe College – Massage Therapy Program, June 2017. Since becoming registered she has had the opportunity to treat a wide variety ailments and people, from seniors to children. She has a keen interest in anatomy and pathology and is always looking to use new techniques to treat her client’s conditions.
Shannon is passionate about Massage Therapy because of her desire to help people on their path to recovery and feel their best. She enjoys working with her clients to formulate a treatment plan that works for them. Through fascial techniques, trigger point therapy, Swedish and deep tissue massage she allows people to improve and maintain their physical health.
Catherine Goving
Patient Care Coordinator
Catherine was born and raised in London, Ontario and has a diverse educational and experiential background. She graduated with a double major in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Western Ontario; King’s College. Following this accomplishment, she earned a Social Service Worker diploma while attending Fanshawe College and worked in the mental health and addiction field through the Men’s Mission. Looking for a new challenge, Catherine completed a Medical Administration program from Westervelt College and graduated with Presidential Honours. With a lifelong interest in the medical field and a desire to help others, Catherine transitioned into a role as Office Manager in a cardiologist’s office before joining the 360 team in June 2014. She is currently enjoying the role of Patient Care Coordinator and Office Administrator in the Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy clinic.
